LA Pro Cool was founded in 2021 by Lewis Austwick, bringing years of extensive experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry to create something different. A company that truly puts customer service at the heart of everything we do.
After years of working in the sector, Lewis identified a critical gap in the market. Too many businesse and homeowners were struggling with unreliable service providers, lengthy quote turnarounds, and repair companies that couldn’t fix problems on the first visit. He saw an opportunity to build a company that would change this narrative entirely.
